Lock-up of production in the parts industry due to the loss of automakers as a result of mandatory pricing has led to the production of cars with a deficit of parts these days, while according to the six-month production jump plan, automakers are forced to increase production by 50%.
Khodrocar - Car production with a parts deficit that hit a record in the last two years due to sanctions is peaking again these days with the inability of the supply chain to produce parts. Expert pricing experts and the loss caused by this action as a factor for non-payment of parts manufacturers' claims by automakers, which has led to a lack of liquidity in the supply chain.

In this situation, the question arises that what are the reasons for producing a car with a fraction of parts by car manufacturers?

"After the sanctions, the supply chain tried to internalize parts in any way possible to supply parts, but this chain is not balanced, and in some parts of this chain we see fluctuations, and in some parts of the chain we do not see sustainable growth, and this This leads to the production of an incomplete car.” Amir Hossein Kakaei, expert of auto industry told khodrocar reporter.

"In this situation, the automaker is in a dilemma of stopping production or continuing it and initially reduces production, in which case the active chain is forced to shut down or reduce production, which leads to non-production. It has become economical and we are witnessing the disruption of production regulations because it is very dangerous to stop production.” He said.

"For a long time, carmakers have been in this situation to reduce production but continue it. At the same time, along with this pricing problem, there is an order that has led to losses for automakers and has faced them with many problems in terms of providing liquidity.” He added.

"At present, the price of raw materials has risen sharply and the amount of liquidity required has increased more than 10 times, because the imposition of sanctions increases the costs of exchanging financial resources by 30%, while fluctuations in the country's economy also increase warehousing and financial costs. Increases and yet the financial resources are at zero.” He said.

"At present, between 30 and 50 percent of losses are being generated per vehicle. This has led to losses and a lack of liquidity. This trend has also affected the supply chain and created a complex situation that requires the right solution to improve. This situation is the liberalization of prices, because if this happens, the path will be in the technical-economic path, but the car industry and market will be politically debated, and politicians will intervene in the issue and management on political grounds, not on economic grounds. Technically, this creates the current situation and increases prices.” He called.

"This trend, in addition to inflicting losses on the automaker and putting pressure on the consumer, has led to dissatisfaction with the parts maker as they see an increase in their claims.” He said.

"Blood transfusions to a person who has been injured and is bleeding are useless, but bleeding must be stopped first, so the production of a car with a fraction of a part is now being implemented as one of the ways to deal with this situation.” He said.

"The world of politics works with a positive atmosphere and the world of economics is related to mathematics, which of course will be affected by laws, but economic and political criteria are different, but decision-makers in the current situation make decisions based on political criteria. Not on economic grounds, which results in a worsening of the situation.” He mentioned.

"The wrong decision on the price of production at any price is now being pursued in the automotive industry, and it is necessary for experts to prevent the collapse of the automotive industry by relying on the predictions of experts to prevent this trend from continuing.” He continued.
