"According to the laws of the Central Bank and international law and the FATF, this action is against the law, and although Iran is not a party to it, it is still required to comply with these laws, and without a doubt, observing these laws is not harmful and will even be beneficial.” Omid Rezaei, expert of part industry told khodrocar reporter.
"Given that the current situation is not normal and standard, and we are in a special situation of sanctions and economic war, compliance with international standards is not only not beneficial but also detrimental to the economy because there are enough restrictions and the addition of new restrictions. It makes things much harder, so the central bank must be held accountable for opposing some proposals.” He said.
"Currently, there is no choice but to buy without transferring currency without mentioning the source, and there are many challenges to transfer currency. Currently, in case of implementation of this plan, the Central Bank will accept only the equivalent in Rials, and if inadvertently a problem arises in the exchange office, the only accumulated loss will be for the producer, and in case of objection to the bank, the equivalent will be paid in Rials.” He said.
"This method uses the credits and connections that the producers have, while the producer will be able to buy credit due to the multi-year relationship with the company, and although it has advantages, currency fluctuations are also among its disadvantages. However, buying without currency transfer will cover all these solutions so that there are easier ways to finance.” He continued.
"In this process, the concerns of the central bank can’t be ignored because the bank must define rules so as not to impose more sanctions and restrictions. Therefore, the competent authority must enter to remove the existing obstacles, while the cash flow will ultimately benefit the central bank.” He added.
He believes that importing without currency transfer was a prescription that should have been implemented sooner than this, and it is not an extraordinary proposal in the current situation, and it is a procedure that will benefit everyone if basic solutions are found.
