The second phase of local production is executing while part makers don't have liquidity and ability to localize some of parts.
Khodrocar - According to activists of this section, there are some obstacles against loalization such as lack of raw materials and not paying enough attnetion to some sections. 

"They are part of the material-driven parts in the sense that the raw materials have a decisive role in localization. These materials are not capable of being manufactured by infrastructure companies and manufacturers of primary inputs, so they are prohibited from internalizing raw materials, although their mold design is not complex." Omid Rezaei, member of part makers association told khodrocar reporter. 

"Some of the components include single and advanced parts, which are mainly electronic materials, and include hardware and software. However, the localization of this part of the parts is unjustified because, given the current circulation, it is not possible to invest in the localization purpose because the price difference is so high that they are a problem in the localization." He said. 

"We are not far from the world in this area, and we were able to do it ourselves, but at the same time we have neglected even some of the software-related areas, not because of the complexity, but with the overlapping network. It makes it difficult and requires more time and more investment to localize." He added. 

"The third issue that has been neglected and ignored to this day, and the country has paid too much for this neglect, is the localization of machinery and automation." He continued. 

"At present some countries have been working in detail but Iran has not taken a proper look at this issue for a while and even the state-owned companies in this field have not been strong and bankrupt so one of the main parameters in Deterrence is considered to be internal construction." He said. 

To date, no attention has been paid to machinery, though it was considered a moving engine of the economy and even more valuable to the piece industry. These statements indicate that the project of deepening the interior due to existing barriers needs to anticipate ways to achieve the goals set out in the specialized deepening table.
