In Iran’s dictionary recall is a horrible word for customer and producer because both think that recalling happens for technical problem but globally it is a way to prevent accidents and improve cars systems.
Alongside this matter recalling will make consumers happy in some times because they are a sign of customer orientation we can see these kinds of recalls in Infinity, Australia.
The Japanese company which produces luxury cars for Nissan made a recall for Q30 and QX30 models because they were concern about some technical problem and lack of informing so they made a recall to inform customers about the kid locks of back doors so if customers don’t know enough then it maybe put children in danger.
Most of interesting recalls in recent years belongs to Mercedes Benz. This company once made a recall for its S class due to the problem in lock of left back door that may not be lock well. Another recall of this company was because of rearranging lights of 8134 units of GLC cars.
But in 2018 nobody believe that one of luxury brands of the world like Bugatti may have a recall. Bugatti had a recall for a defective welding in seat of Chiron but they keep their class and have a truck to carry the car to a representative for checking.
Now we can say that recalls may not decrease value of a company or brand but it may be a sign that the company cares about its customers.
"Recalls happen due to technical problems or improving the car. Sometimes companies reach new technical improvement so they make a recall to install it on their cars and it is really good.” Hassan Karimi Sanjari told khodrocar reporter.
"There is a respect for the customer in the announcement of the recall from the manufacturing companies, and the announcement of calls is not due to fear of crimes, and the announcement of calls from manufacturing companies can’t be negated, but it should admire this performance of the automaker.” He added.
"Companies and customers shouldn’t have fear about recalls because it is a way to solve possible flews that happened during production procedure.” He said.
With these interpretations it can be said that Iranian companies should not be afraid of announcing a public call to update and fix their product defects, and by announcing various calls, they should move to provide quality services for themselves and along with that, customers have more confidence than manufacturing companies.
