After a period of silence the government had a reaction to the vehicle price increment and automakers announced to distribute some vehicles. Now, beside the problem of automakers and part makers the question is, does this decision made in a hurry or it has benefit for the market?
Khodrocar – At last, the silence of the government has been broken and had a reaction to the vehicle price increment and we are seeing some activities in the body of the cabinet. Also, it has been said that near 40 thousand cars will enter to the market and they can reduce the market’s tension. Now the question is are these decisions made in a hurry and for calming the market for a short period?
Last week, Saeed Bastani, a member of industry and mine commission of the parliament said that 40 thousand vehicles will be sold in this week and this news made automakers and the government to have reaction about the price increment.
Now, one week has passed since this news announced and nothing is clear yet. It was not only promising to regulate the market, but it was also stipulated that customers would be limited to car transfers.
On the other hand, it has been said that automakers don’t have a plan to sell or presell any vehicle but they have to do something. Right now, there are a lot of incomplete cars in the factories.
Some experts in the automotive industry say that these kinds of behaviors will surely shock the market, and if they still do not know how much the second-hand cars are in the market, they will now be more likely to flourish. On the other hand, the lower the supply in the market, the situation will get worse.
Over the past year, government hasty decisions have been made, such as the closure of the SABTARESH, the ban on imports, the discontinuation of currency for stock makers, and the market and the automotive industry. Hence, it would seem better for the government to be cautious in decisions such as vehicle injection into the market.
By injecting some cars to the market, in the first sight we won’t see anything. It should be said that current distribution is justly and even it would be useful in the coin and currency market.
We are in the last month of the first half of the year and since the beginning of the year the price of cars has been increased for more than 50 percent now experts believe that prices should be controlled or otherwise they won’t be controllable in the second half of the year.
