"This cooperation should lead to design and branding by Iranian companies so that these companies become brand owners. In case of internal design, the economic benefit of this action will be realized, which is the only way that if we cooperate with a foreign partner, we will have to internalize.” He said.

"Therefore, we must first increase the depth of internalization, although this may not have an economic advantage, and even importing parts from a country like China is more economical than producing it domestically, but this should not be the case.” He mentioned.

"This may not be an economical step in the first place, but it is a step to start and enter the design phase, so it is suggested that if we are going to enter a phase of cooperation with a foreign company and produce these products, for example, 5,000 parts first be allowed to import.” He said.

"But over time, the import of parts of this car will not be allowed so that the Iranian company that has been jointed with a foreign company will have to be internalized, among which one of the important parts that Iranian companies do not enter is the car body.” He answered.

"If the automaker is able to produce the car body, it will undoubtedly become an automaker. Therefore, a company becomes an assembler from an assembler when it is able to design and manufacture the body of a car and at the same time supply car parts from other companies, so in cooperation models, the focus should be on the fact that the assembler remains do not and be able to develop the design.” He added.
