Studies show a relative decrease in the realization of localization tables with the change of ministers, and activists in this field believe that if the current trend continues, there will be no incentive for new investments, and therefore the goals of internalization will be difficult to achieve.
Khodrocar - The internalization movement, which started in June 1397 and during the ministry of Reza Rahmani, has faced many fluctuations these days with the change of ministers. Activists in the field believe that there is no incentive for new investments, and on the other hand, the lack of liquidity and non-clearance of depot parts has affected the internalization movement.

"Frequent changes of ministers and heads of ministries, although not having a general impact on the internalization process, have led to the uncertainty of some policies to support this movement.” Says Mehdi Motaleb Zadeh, head of internal production committee of part manufacturing association.  

"However, due to the various problems and obstacles that the new minister is currently facing, such as depot parts, defective vehicles, and the high cost of raw materials such as steel, copper, and aluminum, the minister did not take a specific approach to the internalization movement. Now these obstacles have created many challenges for the domestic construction movement.” He added.

"Given this situation, investment in new parts will be halted, so the new minister's current effort is focused on the industry's raw materials and input to the automotive industry.” He said.

"Examination of the process of internalization and its realization in different tables shows that this amount has decreased over time: Studies show that about 80% of the goals of the first table of internalization and 60% of the second table have been achieved, this amount in the third tables And the fourth has been greatly reduced, with a total realization rate of 43%.” He said.

"The fourth table started its work during the time of the head of the Ministry of Industry, and the fifth table was waiting for the election of a new minister, who seems to start his work from November with the new minister coming to power.” He continued.

"Achieving the goals of internalization depends on the performance of the central bank and the allocation of foreign exchange, while at present the contractionary policies of this bank have created many restrictions and it is not possible to clear the parts until the allocation of foreign exchange is done.” He added.

"Currently, car dormancy and dormant capital have led to the demand of 34,000 billion tomans of parts manufacturers, which will lead to the completion of liquidity in the automotive industry. 4 solutions belong to car manufacturers and 6 solutions belong to the government. He has not taken any action that will not be realized with the continuation of this situation of internalization projects.” He mentioned.
