Although spare parts market activists emphasize that by referring to major spare parts supply centers, parts with different quality and prices can be provided, but they acknowledge that difficult economic conditions have prevented the purchase of new parts.

"Currently, 45 to 50 percent of car repairs are done using second-hand parts. "The use of second-hand parts in repair cars is requested by the customer himself, when the owner has a serious problem to buy a new part because of its high cost, the mechanic has to go to second-hand parts to repair the car, so on the first day the owner He orders the use of second-hand parts, but after delivering the car, he complains to the repairman.” He continued. 

"With the complaint of the car owner, a vote is issued in his favor and it is emphasized that second-hand parts should not be used if the owner has agreed to use second-hand parts with his consent. The economic situation and the conditions of the society are not such that it can be legislated in this regard, and if the current trend of the economic conditions continues, the repair of the cars will stop soon.” He mentioned. 

It seems that if there is no solution in this field, we will soon see a decrease in car safety and a new wave of accidents due to the use of second-hand parts. Therefore, it is necessary to anticipate and enter into serious decisions and strategies in this field as soon as possible.
