The fulfillment of previous commitments, along with new admissions, is on the agenda of automakers as the auto industry, as a partner in the industry, faces a serious challenge in production, which increases the likelihood of reduced production in the automotive industry.
Khodrocar – According to Hossein Modares Khiabani, supervisor of ministry of industry, automakers will be required to fulfill previous obligations while accepting the new commitments made on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.

He also instructed automakers to complete the remaining vehicles on the factory grounds as soon as possible, and with the widespread supply of vehicles to the market, in addition to fulfilling previous obligations, to sell cars to real consumers within the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and trade.

This emphasis is based on the plan made by the Deputy Minister of Planning and Planning of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade for the year of production jump, the production of 1200000 thousand passenger cars and vans is planned by car manufacturers.

This targeting rate shows that on average, automakers are required to produce 3,200 vehicles a day, which is more than their current performance, as automakers are now putting the production of 2,000 vehicles on the agenda on a daily basis. In some cases, the increase to 2,400 vehicles per day has become a record for them.

However, parts manufacturers have previously warned against re-manufacturing defective cars from the beginning of this year and are calling for more production conditions. The lack of foreign exchange allocation from the last months of last year, as well as the increase in the price of domestic raw materials, along with the increase in their demand from automakers, have made the production process in the parts industry a serious challenge.

Although a look at automakers' production figures in May shows a record increase in production and record-breaking performance over the same period last year, the inventory of parts manufacturers is running out and there is a possibility that production will decline in the coming months.

The carmakers' previous commitments over the past few months will no doubt be even higher, as rumors suggest that carmakers are now three months behind on average, and the question arises as to whether automakers will be able to do so. Will the new admissions be in line with past commitments?

Perhaps the biggest challenge for the automotive industry is the realization of plans to increase the production of automotive products. Because in the development and deepening of domestic construction, despite the great success of component makers in this field, there are appropriate financial resources challenges and the ease of access to raw materials at a cost and quality.

By strengthening the achievements of the development and deepening of domestic manufacturing, which has created new and valuable opportunities for domestic parts manufacturers, in addition to sustainable employment opportunities, we can compensate for the deficit of parts and tools that are always needed and spent years on foreign exchange resources. The proceeds from the sale of oil came from abroad.

Undoubtedly, one of the most important components of increasing production circulation, apart from paying enough attention to self-sufficiency and localization of car parts, is the major import of quality parts, which has recently been affected by Corona disease. It remains to be seen what plans the automakers will have to overcome these challenges.
