Khodrocar - The development of parts internalization
should be considered as one of the achievements of the automotive
industry, which led to the prevention of the outflow of 275 million
euros of foreign exchange and localization of a total of 99 parts by
domestic parts manufacturers. According to the reports provided by the
parts manufacturers, a total of three deep construction tables were held
and the internal contract for the construction of 99 parts was
concluded by 89 parts manufacturers, worth 3 thousand 201 billion Tomans
and a reduction in the value of 275 million Euros.
The move came
as the country faced a shortage of foreign exchange reserves aimed at
importing parts, and on the other hand, re-sanctions led to the
withdrawal of foreign partners and the failure to supply parts, which
ultimately led to the Ministry of Silence and automakers' strategy, in
addition to eliminating many These problems led to a reduction in the
cost of the car.
In the new year, automakers have put the
internalization of more parts on the agenda, so that Iran Khodro has
announced the goal of internalizing 111 parts in the year of production
jump and reducing the value of 151 million euros by formulating and
providing incentive policies for the part. The manufacturers and the
import substitution committee will continue to do so to prevent foreign
purchases, to the point where they have managed to localize 43 parts and
8 items of raw materials and reduce the exchange use value of 58
million euros.
In addition, Saipa had emphasized that by
concluding an internal contract for the production of its products in
the third table of deepening domestic production, it has handed over the
production of 14 other parts of its products to Iranian companies.
Saipa, in a series of contracts with domestic manufacturers worth 575
billion tomans, seeks to reduce the value of its products by more than
47 million euros per year.
The automaker said it had achieved a
total of 53 units of its products by reducing the annual targets of the
third deepening of domestic production, including the previous two
tables, by reducing the annual value of 150 million euros.
Granting
long-term facilities to parts manufacturers or participating in part of
their investments and buying cash from manufacturers is one of the axes
of the proposed incentives for industry activists.” Arash Mohebi Nejad,

has developed such a package that has not yet been announced and
implemented, and Saipa is pursuing the development of a similar package
that will encourage the attraction of capital in the manufacturing
sector, an industry that is now facing capital flight due to losses.” He
said.
"Special tools and molds are expected to be provided
by the automaker to the parts manufacturer, so there is no particular
problem in investing unless the investor is unsure of the return on
investment.” He added.
"If the package is approved and the
performance of the component maker is guaranteed during the return on
investment, the project is guaranteed and the capital is attracted
automatically, while the companies active in the internalization project
are among the knowledge-based companies that can use the fund's
facilities. They have the innovation and prosperity and resources of the
Development Fund.” He mentioned.

development plans of the automakers, as well as to formulate and
announce the incentive packages as well as the specific policies of the
domestic manufacturing movement, by predicting the continuation of the
development of internalization in the automotive companies and
predicting the number of more parts for the automotive industry.
