Positive vote to increase Iran Khodro's registered capital at the Extraordinary Shareholders Assembly, one of Iran Khodro's top management reform programs, has hoped to produce more in this industry group and create conditions for product development and implementation of new internalization projects.
Khodrocar - While at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Iran Khodro Industrial Group, the registered capital of this industrial group was voted in favor. Experts believe that this increase in capital could pave the way for the growth of Iran Khodro Industrial Group in the coming years.

In the meantime, the question arises as to what effect this action will have on the production, continued activity and value increase of Iran Khodro stocks in the future?

"This can be significant in the automotive industry, but it requires investment in research and development and partnerships with companies and universities in the field of technology.” Shahram Azadi, expert of auto industry told khodrocar reporter.

"The allocation of annual budgets to research and development and investment in this area and partnerships with knowledge-based companies and universities and scientific and research centers of the country are essential for achieving the intended goals.” He said.

"If this is not the case, as the automobile industry has become accustomed to in recent years and has little to do with traditional research centers and manufacturing, it has invested most of its investment in building and developing physical production systems. The conditions that are drawn are different from the current ones that need to be changed.” He told.

"If we change our minds, we can expect progress to be made because we cannot hope for success if the traditional approach continues and the current system continues. Increasing working capital is common in automobile companies, which eliminates bankruptcy legally and what needs to be done is to move towards realizing the prices and value of capital.” He mentioned.

"These are issues that need to happen, but raising capital can, however, be partially developed, while keeping in mind that external investment is essential to the evolution of the automotive industry.” He said.

Experts believe that raising automakers' capital can be effective if these costs are spent on research and development to change the current approach of the automotive industry, providing a path to product development based on advanced technologies.
