The enter of ministry of defense into part making has entered a new phase and according to general Amir Hatami, minister of defense, this ministry will enter into special sections which part makers can’t enter.
Khodrocar – This statement occurred while alongside of announcement of this news, concerns about some parallel works increased and part makers asked for more observation. Among all there are whispers that the ministry is entering into some fields that has been internalized before by the local part makers.

Activists believe that the ministry of defense should enter into sections which part makers are unable to enter for instance producing unique parts. Now the ministry has announced the same idea and said they are not looking to do parallel works with part makers.

"If parallel work is done in this area, the problem is with the carmaker because the carmaker will pursue a policy that permits the manufacturer to develop parts that allow the defense industry to enter.” Omid Rezaei, member of the board of the part makers association told khodrocar reporter.

"On this basis, it was decided to use the defense industry's strengths in parts that had not yet been internalized, and were really looking forward to that. Some of the technologies in the piece industry have no incentive for the defense industry because their cost in recent years has been so low that it does not motivate the entry of the defense industry and is of little interest to him. The real benefit for him comes when he enters areas that have not yet been internalized.” He added.

"In the short term, a carmaker may use the defense industry's ability to make short cuts to specific parts that are even built in but lack the ability to achieve the required range of parts needed to make the piece, but otherwise, Assigning production of internalized parts to the Department of Defense is not justified because the main smoke of this parallel business goes to the automaker.” He mentioned.

"In some cases, it is argued that the part of the makers of the parts that attempted to internalize some parts has not been well-developed, and that the Department of Defense has re-entered the field, which should be viewed from a few perspectives, if true. It is unlikely that the Department of Defense will invest its energy and resources into these areas.” He continued.

"At the SAPCO Technology Summit, SAPCO's CEO emphasized the fulfillment of the makers' demands, while the President's Fund for Innovation and Technology also made a point of donating to makers to empower foundation collections. The SAPCO's CEO also emphasized that not only will the necessary assistance be provided for the manufacture of non-internalized parts, but also at the same past cost and in terms of shipping and clearing costs with the contractor. It also emphasized the conclusion of two- to three-year contracts with the makers.” He said.
