"Price increment can’t control the consumption. In addition, fuel pollution due to air pollution will not be controlled by rising prices. In these circumstances, it is necessary to think further that one of these solutions could be the development of public transport services, which would require funding to be provided locally.” He said.
"With the average stop in urban traffic being one hour a day, gasoline for electric and hybrid cars is 6 liters per 100 kilometers, so the use of these cars should be increased to reduce gasoline consumption.” He said.
"At the same time, the presence of these cars in the city will bring another achievement, which is the acquaintance of technicians with new technologies. In this situation, because of the high availability of these cars, the repairmen can rely more on these technologies and their components.” He said.
"However, the government does not take this approach and considers the shortage of currency as the main reason for the lack of import of these cars, if the total imports totaled $ 1.2 billion compared to the total value of imports into the country of imported cars.” He added.
"The program was not well implemented by the government and there was insufficient control over the entry of these cars if it was possible to hybridize the price of other imported cars, but it is still possible. With minimal planning and minimal control, it delivers hybrid cars from 1500 to 3000 million IRRs and is easily achievable.” He continued.
"BMW, Toyota, Volkswagen, Renault and many other companies are now working on producing hybrid cars, while users of the car are very pleased to be able to make such a decision.” He said.
Although it is preventing automobile imports due to restrictions on government foreign exchange resources, it seems that in the current situation where the automobile industry is unable to move in this area, it is necessary to provide conditions for the import of such cars by Parliament. It can take a special approach in this regard.
