Khodrocar - After a long hiatus in the implementation of the heavy transport fleet renovation project, the National Development Fund announced in August last year it received more than $ 5 million to fund development plans for the fleet and to replace more than 6,000 public cars by the year. And then a credit of € 1 billion and € 1 million was earmarked for the 6,000 units subject to the replacement plan.
But the plan remained only in part because foreign partners of the carmakers left Iran, leaving clean water at the hands of domestic manufacturers, leading to closures and a sharp decline in production.
According to the latest figures provided by the Office of Automotive Industry and Power of the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, Aras Automobile Diesel produced a total of four vehicles by the end of July this year, which did not grow compared to the same period last year.
The IKCO diesel is also no better off. The factory, which produces a variety of trucks, dump trucks, freight trucks and lorries, has witnessed a decline in most of its products, with the Hyundai truck producing six vehicles by the end of the year. That saw a 5 percent decline in production.
In the production of Benz Dump Truck, the company has produced a total of 4 vehicles in the period under review, which is a drop of 4.7 percent over the same period last year.
Statistics show that Iran Khodro Diesel performed slightly better in truck production and by the end of July it was able to produce 102 trucks which grew by 5.6% compared to the previous year. In the field of lorries, there were only five units produced, which is a 4.3 percent increase from the production of 92 trucks last year.
Rakhine Diesel Automotive has no longer manufactured heavy vehicles until the end of July. By the end of July this year, Soroush Diesel Base has produced 55 truck units, which saw a 79.3 percent drop in production, and a significant point in the study of heavy vehicle production is the production figures. The company produced only two single-axle trucks by the end of the four months of this year, which saw a decline of 98.4 percent compared to the same period last year.
Saipa Diesel, one of the leading car makers in the country, is not having a good day either, with the news that the company has gone on a summer vacation due to the lack of two weeks earlier than any other car maker, with a trend of one month, it will be closed.
A look at the company's production statistics also shows that we have seen a 100 percent drop in the number of deadly varieties, with only 100 FH500 deadlifts reaching production by the end of July, which still registered a 81.6 percent decline.
There is no definition of production statistics in other companies as well, all of which have had a decline in production, with Karizan Khodro and Ghazvin auto makers recording a 49.7 percent drop in production. Truck and lethal production, which saw a 39.7 percent decline in production.
Bahman Diesel saw a 76.6 percent decline in production of 268 vehicles, and Sibamotor saw a decline of 92.5 percent in the production of 40 vehicles, with the avalanche group registering a 81.6 percent decline in production by 308 units.
Aria Diesel, like Aztec, has not had a production in six months this year and, like Saipa Diesel, has cut production by 100 percent. Mammoth Diesel also had no production during this period and, like other companies, recorded a 100 percent reduction in production.
Not very favorable situation for heavy vehicle production in the first six months of this year, with heavy fleet overhaul projections expected to re-energize and return to the production cycle, but with Scania, Volvo, Benz and Other foreign partners of this group of manufacturers saw production paralyzed in these companies. This indicates that the sensitivities in the domesticization of passenger cars have not yet reached this area because despite the record of insignificant statistics in this area, there is still no report on the dependence of these cars.
