Incomplete cars which are the main reason of stocked losses of automakers waiting for special parts while these parts are distributed in the free market.
Khodrocar – Right now, some of part makers are selling their products in the free market instead of giving it to the automakers. Some believe that this is for higher income because automakers debts are increased and due to lack of correcting the part makers’ contracts, they prefer to sell their products in the free market with real prices.

The availability of spare parts for automakers in the free market has grown so high that one of the car company executives stated in response to these statements that the number of these components in the free market is not significantly high, while the daily needs of the automaker for that particular segment , equivalent to 2500 machines per day, so it's not possible to claim that a part maker is acting rather than supplying parts to the automaker, with the aim of making more profit, instead of providing its parts to the automaker.

"Part makers don’t like to give parts to automakers specially those parts which can be sold in the market with higher prices.” Maziyar Beigloo, secretary of part makers association told khodrocar reporter.

"It shouldn’t be forgotten that most of parked cars in parking doesn’t wait for general parts, for instance ECU is not general but it should be equipped with software.” He added.

"At the same time, it should be noted that the size of the components in the market is not high, and the market look, maybe the number of ECUs in the market does not reach to a thousand pieces, while the car's need for this piece to more than 100 thousands arrive.” He added.

"The builder's business structure is based on mass production and sent to the automaker. Therefore, production for sale in the market is not only cost-effective, but also the maker of the sale is not well-known in this form, and has a strong distribution network available for this.” He said.

The activity of some telegraph channels in the sale of parts for incomplete vehicles has become a major issue these days. Although part makers disregard this issue, and automakers say the number of these components is much lower than what they need, it nevertheless requires attention to the issue of price liberalization and the modification of contractor contracts.
