The one-off hatch will be donated to a charity chosen by the newlyweds.
Khodrocar - What started out in life as a standard Mini Cooper S in the Hardtop two-door guise has been transformed into a posh hatchback fit for the royal family. Developed by Mini Design to celebrate the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle next week on May 19th, the royal Mini is a one-off creation finished in a predominantly Crystal White shade, but with an intricate roof featuring a hand-made, multi-colored graphic.

Several layers had to be applied by hand on the roof to combine elements of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s national flags: Union Jack and Stars & Stripes. The five white stripes on the roof have a correspondent on the hood where there are silver-blue accent stripes that have also been applied onto the rear fenders.

3D printing technology was used for the side scuttles around the side turn signal indicators and these are adorned by the "M” and "H” initials and with a heart between the two letters, of course. Rounding off the exterior changes are the door-mounted LEDs projecting "Just Married” onto the ground to really drive the point home.

Hopping inside the unique hatchback, the wedding theme is further enhanced with not only the names of the bride and groom, but also with the wedding date visible on a generous piece of trim strip located ahead of the front passenger seat. The bespoke graphic seen on the roof has also been applied inside the fully customized cabin for the door trim strips, into the head restraints, and also behind the steering wheel.

Following the royal wedding, Mini Design’s special project will be handed over to The Children’s HIV Association for public auction. According to the CHIVA official website, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle "have asked that anyone who might wish to give them a wedding gift instead considers supporting of seven charities, personally chosen by the couple.”
